About the Senior Data Scientist Position

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and leading the development of various artificial intelligence initiatives to improve patient health and wellness.
  • Working with business leaders and customers to understand their pain points and build large-scale solutions.
  • Defining technical architecture to productize Innovaccer's machine-learning algorithms and take them to market with partnerships.
  • Breaking down complex business problems into machine learning problems and designing solution workflows.

Requirements for the Senior Data Scientist

We need individuals with a masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant fields (phd preferred). Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data science (healthcare experience is a plus). We also require hands-on experience in python building enterprise applications, as well as proficiency in classical and new-age NLP techniques.

Additional requirements include understanding fine-tuning techniques like PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA, experience with genai tools and techniques including rag, vectordbs, agentic ai fundamentals, proficiency in langchain, crew.ai, or similar platforms, and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (pytorch, huggingface transformers) and at least one ml platform (databricks, azure ml, sagemaker).
