Senior Quality Assurance and Testing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance and Testing Engineer to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, and we're looking for someone with a strong background in testing and QA.

  • Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled engineer who can work on quality assurance and testing for Open RAN systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with testing tools, automation frameworks, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of Open RAN systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with engineers to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing for telecom networks or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of open-source technologies and containerization.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, Pytest, or Behave.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Kubernetes, Openshift, and Docker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
