Transformation Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead quality assurance testing initiatives for large-scale transformation projects.

  • As a senior-level Change Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving the Quality Assurance Testing lifecycle of medium to large regional/global transformation initiatives. Your expertise in leading cross-functional testing initiatives will help transform the way we run our operations.
  • You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that adheres to governance standards.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a quality assurance test plan that ensures transparency around progress status and maintains risk management controls.
  • Collaborating with other departments to execute on timelines and meet strategic goals.
  • Establishing strong partnerships with stakeholder groups to remove constraints to success and carry forward to future projects.
  • Leading accountability for the delivery and execution of the global change portfolio testing, including developing acceptance criteria, user stories, test scenarios, automated/manual testing strategies, testing, hyper care, measurements of adoption success measures and continuous improvement.

About this role

  • We require an overall experience of at least 8 plus years leading quality assurance testing strategy for large complex change initiatives/programs/projects, communicating and driving global quality assurance testing initiatives using industry best practices in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Banking / Finance/ regulated industry experience of which at least 2 years should be in change / transformation space or associated with change/transformation initiatives is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of client lifecycle processes, procedures and experience with KYC data structures / data flows is preferred.
