Job Opportunity:

Technical Lead - Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the quality assurance process and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues in software development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes.
  • Lead performance testing and monitoring efforts to optimize database server performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop test frameworks using tools like SVN/GIT, Codeship/Jenkins, Ant, Maven, Puppet, and JIRA.
  • Implement performance testing frameworks/tools such as Jmeter, Loadrunner, and Webload to ensure robustness and scalability.
  • Required Skills:
  • Experience with performance monitoring of database servers and writing SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in building test frameworks and integrating within a CI stack.
  • Familiarity with performance testing frameworks/tools (Jmeter, Loadrunner, Webload).
  • Expertise in QA experience in Azure Data Platform services like ADF, Databricks, Pyspark, ADLS Gen2, Synapse, Event Hubs, SQL/Advanced SQL, Restful API services, Delta lake tables, Power BI, Azure analysis Services, and data security services.
  • Excellent manual acceptance testing skills at story level, exploratory, and creative testing within fast-paced sprint cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to find hidden requirements, edge cases, and break down complex problems.
