As a Teammate, you will provide world-class service to your clients in an accurate, efficient, and respectful manner, meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPIs. You must always strive for good customer satisfaction and experience, ensuring that all calls are handled professionally based on the Quality Guidelines set by the client. You will also participate in internal and external mandated trainings and seminars, maintain knowledge of the functional area and company policies and procedures, and provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is willing to work on cyclical schedules, has experience in phone, email, and live chat support, and possesses strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. You should be computer literate and proficient in the use of Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google applications. You should also be able to type at least 30 WPM for voice and 35 WPM for non-voice campaigns. Additionally, you should have good problem-solving and critical thinking skills, be resourceful, able to multitask, and have high attention to detail. If you are self-motivated, able to work independently, and contribute to cross-functional and global teams, and can work under pressure, then TaskUs is for you.
