Job Title: Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain schedules and resource forecasts.
  • Coordinate project scoping, planning, execution, and close-out activities.
  • Clarify design and specification requirements, arrange necessary changes, and coordinate internal and external customer needs.
  • Lead meetings to ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.
  • Review labour estimates, schedules, execution plans, inspection, and test plans.
  • Communicate schedule updates and progress on design tasks to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain awareness of corporate and local procedures pertinent to engineering, quality assurance, and project management.
  • Organize documentation, including quotes, correspondence, requisitions, drawings, schedules, etc.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in Home Automation and Lighting control businesses.
  • B.E/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
