Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing sell-through and inventory levels across various categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that 30-day inventory is adequately visible and receives sufficient traffic to achieve an 80% sell-through rate within the designated timeframe.
  • Category Performance Monitoring: Track and report on category performance, setting goals and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Build and utilize analytical frameworks to measure ROI and direct investments accordingly.
  • Banner Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic data-driven decisions and customer segmentation.
  • Assortment Ownership: Collaborate with the Buying Team to maintain agility by sharing data-driven insights on what works and what doesn't.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Regularly track and benchmark performance against industry leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
