Job Role:

Corporate Accountant - Finance R2R

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This includes the preparation of consolidated/standalone books of accounts and financial reports, as well as review and timely issuance of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to accounts.

Additionally, the Corporate Accountant will ensure compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines, data for RPT compliance, and accurate accounting for ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits, etc. They will also maintain extremely high standards of accuracy in representation of financial data and ensure timely and error-free statutory financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting processes, preferably in a similar industry. Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA – ERP system is required, along with a sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles.

They will also possess expert knowledge in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation, and SAP knowledge is strongly recommended. The Corporate Accountant will work closely with the team to develop strong relationships with other working groups and ensure effective participation in the team and building a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including consolidated/standalone books of accounts and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines and data for RPT compliance.
  • Account for critical aspects such as ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits, etc.
  • Maintain extremely high standards of accuracy in representation of financial data and ensure timely and error-free statutory financial reporting.
