Position Title: Senior Manager - Financial Reporting

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • E nsure compliance with accounting standards, such as Ind AS and IFRS.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including securities laws, tax laws, and corporate governance.
  • Develop policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and concise financial information.
  • Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Certified Accountant (CA) qualification with 8+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
