Key AI/ML Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill our AI/ML Engineer position. As a junior engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow into leading our AI/ML team and contribute to the development of innovative AI features.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python, with experience in at least one of PyTorch or TensorFlow. You should also have working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including tokenization, embeddings, RAG, basic fine-tuning/LoRA, prompt design, and evaluation.

Responsibilities include building and experimenting with rapid POCs for LLM-powered features, standing up MCP servers over OpenAPI specs, creating evaluation harnesses for prompts, models, and pipelines, shipping ML/LLM services with clean interfaces, telemetry, tests, and CI/CD, implementing guardrails and quality gates, and partnering with stakeholders.

Required skills include API engineering, retrieval and storage, packaging and delivery, excellent written and spoken communication, strong product sense, and an ownership mindset. Nice-to-have skills include LangChain/LlamaIndex, agents, cloud computing, document AI, and experiment tracking.
