Job Description

As a Demand Planning Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our demand and forecasting product engine.

  • Product Strategy: Drive the strategic direction of our forecasting capabilities, working closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with development, implementation, training, sales, and support teams to ensure product success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in product management and/or supply chain software implementation.
  • Desired Behaviors: Analytical skills, flexibility, results-oriented, workload management, technical proficiency, learning responsibility, effective communication, collaboration, and ethical character.
  • Required Experience: Experience building or leveraging forecasting models, understanding the science behind demand forecasting, interest in learning new functional and technical skills, knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology, data model, SQL, user-centered design principles, project planning and management, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate well with co-workers.
