We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our demand planning capabilities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for disrupting the supply chain industry with AI-driven solutions, shaping forecasting capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This pivotal team member will define product roadmaps, manage product lifecycles, and represent forecasting capabilities internally and externally.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic direction of forecasting capabilities working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with development, implementation, training, sales, and support teams to ensure product success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer requirements.
  • Develop and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Work in an agile environment collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience with 3+ years of Product Management and/or Supply Chain Software Implementation experience.
  • Analytical skills to make data-driven recommendations and understand analysis to answer business questions and challenges.
  • Flexibility and receptiveness to change, seeking and adopting improved approaches and processes.
  • Results-oriented, taking responsibility for actions and outcomes, meeting commitments, and striving for high performance.
  • Technically proficient in UI/UX design, database structures, running SQL queries, and using mockup tools such as Moqups, Figma, Balsamiq.
  • Strong facilitation and written communication skills, proposing a way forward, listening to diverse perspectives, and presenting at industry conferences.
  • Experience building or leveraging forecasting models and/or utilizing data platforms for forecasting applications.
  • Understanding of the science behind Demand Forecasting.
  • Interest in learning and developing new functional and technical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture, data models, and using SQL.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, project planning, and management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
