About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Product and Growth team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in identifying business challenges, driving product improvements, and fueling product growth.

Our ideal candidate is a curious and proactive individual who enjoys experimenting with new tools, technologies, and ideas. You should have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in unstructured environments.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful changes. You will analyze data, design and execute experiments, and take full ownership of growth experiments from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze open-ended business challenges across various teams.
  • Interpret product usage data to uncover gaps and identify growth opportunities.
  • Tackle product and user experience issues through research and rapid iteration.
  • Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and customer teams to deliver impactful changes.
  • Design and execute experiments while tracking metrics and iterating quickly on everything from activation funnels to retention cohorts.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, user interviews, and internal process audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Cognitive Science, Design, Philosophy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
