Business Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
•Evaluate business deals by understanding industry trends, financial analysis and credit risk assessment, including preparation of comprehensive credit memos.
•Present financial reports and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise PowerPoint format.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely disbursement of sanctioned deals.
•Submit regular monitoring reports to the top management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
•Ensure timely interest and principal repayments from clients.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and assess new opportunities.
•Mentor junior analysts and management trainees, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Strong understanding of industry trends, financial principles and credit risk assessment methodologies.
•Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
•Sound knowledge of underwriting principles in corporate and wholesale lending, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
•Ability to create detailed financial models using MS Excel and other software tools.
