We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer based in Faridabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems and instrumentation used in our thermal engineering solutions.

  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts.
  • Expertise in selecting and specifying sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters is essential.
  • Developing PLC/SCADA logic for control systems (preferably Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley, etc.) is mandatory.
  • The selected candidate should have strong coordination skills to work with mechanical, design, and purchase teams for integrated system delivery.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site is also an essential responsibility.
  • Maintaining documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals is crucial.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering is required.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects (furnaces, boilers, process plants preferred) is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, etc.), HMI/SCADA development, VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics, sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc., and working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan (preferred), and Excel are desired.
  • Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance is expected.
