We are seeking an experienced and visionary Architect to lead our design and development efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

  • Project Leadership: Direct the architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with the land acquisition team to assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work alongside sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Lead Architect/DM-Architect will be responsible for comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing design concepts that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and delivery.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and reports of project progress and status.

You must have a Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree, excellent command of English, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery.

Required skills include advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience, familiarity with USGBC and Revit being an added advantage.

Preferred skills include experience in architecture and real estate design management.
