Employee Data Manager Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage employee data, ensure policy compliance, and maintain relationships with insurers and clients.

  • Manage and update employee data for various clients.
  • Oversee Group Insurance Plans, Employee Benefits, and Policy Adminstrations.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for policy updates, additions, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of policy activity.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, clients' HR teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

Key qualifications include:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

This is a contract opportunity with potential for extension based on performance. High-performing candidates may also be considered for full-time roles.
