**Job Opportunity:** Identity & Access Data Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Identity & Access Management – Data Services function. This role involves ensuring that user data is aggregated to Onecert, adhering to established processes and procedures, and monitoring activities to guarantee data quality and meet monthly metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Refresh user data to Onecert on a periodic basis, as per defined timelines, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert and upload user lists to Onecert.
  • Conduct and adhere to established process to ensure all reports are generated and follow defined escalation process to source user lists.
  • Fulfil requests raised by business/stakeholders to source user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams to source user lists, work with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight and mitigate risk pertaining to IAM processes.
  • Maintain and enhance IAM processes in collaboration with IAM leaders.
  • Demonstrate good working etiquette, strong teamwork and communication with the team.

  • Data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Report generation and delivery.
  • User list sourcing and management.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certifications - Excel VBA and Macros.
  • Languages - English.
