Senior ASIC Verification Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ASIC Verification Engineer with extensive experience in developing and leading the verification of complex SoC designs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive verification plans to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our products. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the successful development of our next-generation ICs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Design, Functional DV, Emulation, Platform Debug, etc. to gain insight into system architecture and verification requirements.
  • Develop detailed test plans based on system specifications and lead the execution of comprehensive verification strategies.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of SoC design and architecture principles to create effective verification solutions.
  • Leverage 6+ years of Design Verification experience with strong Verilog, SystemVerilog, C, and UVM/OVM knowledge to drive the development of robust testbenches and verification environments.
  • Lead the development of thorough verification environments, including stimulus generation, checkers, scoreboards, and coverage aspects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ICs.
  • Ensure that all design verification is completed successfully and effectively communicate any issues or challenges encountered during the process.
  • Work collaboratively with the post-silicon team to provide debug support and help identify root causes of failures.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in SoC/sub-system/IP level ASIC verification.
  • Extensive experience with debugging RTL code using simulation tools.
  • Expertise in Verilog, SystemVerilog, C, and C++ programming languages.
  • Proficiency in working with wireless protocol design verification and AXI/AHB/APB Bus protocol.
  • Strong background in developing UVM-based verification frameworks and testbenches, processes, and flows.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with High Speed Interface protocols such as PCIE/DDR/USB.
  • Knowledge of ARM/RISC Processor based designs verification and bring-up verification.
  • Scripting language experience in Perl, Python, Makefile, or shell.
