Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Verification Specialist to lead our design verification efforts, drive technical innovation, and inspire growth.

As a Verification Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand architecture and verification requirements, develop detailed test plans based on architectural specifications, and provide in-depth knowledge of SoC design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of comprehensive verification strategies to ensure high-quality designs
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address technical challenges
  • Develop and implement effective test plans and techniques to ensure design reliability
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Design Verification with expertise in Verilog, System Verilog, C, and UVM/OVM
  • Proven track record of driving technical innovation and delivering results-driven solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor junior engineers and build high-performing teams
Preferred Experience:
  • Proficient in SoC/sub-system/IP level ASIC verification with knowledge of complex digital designs
  • Experienced in developing Testbench and verifying high-speed interfaces such as PCIe/DDR/USB and bus protocols like AXI/AHB/APB
  • Familiarity with functional coverage & assertions, stimulus, checkers, scoreboards, and coverage aspects

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in verification environments, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

They will be responsible for owning the DV sign-off, ensuring a bug-free design, working with the post-silicon team on debug support, and mentoring junior engineers to build a high-performing team.
