Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior ASIC Verification Professional to join our team in developing and verifying cutting-edge Data Centre Networking products. This role involves collaborating with architects, hardware engineers, and firmware engineers to create comprehensive test plans and verification frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IP-level ASIC verification, debugging firmware and RTL code using simulation tools, and working with UVM testbenches in Linux and Windows environments. Experience with Verilog, System Verilog, C, and C++ is essential, as well as proficiency in PCIe and/or Ethernet protocols.

A successful candidate will work closely with experienced design and architecture teams, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for Data Centre Networking. The role offers opportunities for learning and self-development, with potential travel requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain UVM-based verification frameworks and testbenches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new feature requirements and create test plans
  • Estimate time required to write new feature tests and modify or add tests to meet coverage requirements
  • Debug test failures and work with RTL and firmware engineers to resolve design defects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Expertise in IP-level ASIC verification, debugging firmware and RTL code, and working with UVM testbenches
  • Experience with Verilog, System Verilog, C, and C++ programming languages
  • Proficiency in working with PCIe and/or Ethernet protocols
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to leadership or mentorship roles
  • Scripting language experience (Python, Ruby, Makefile, shell)
  • Good understanding of UVM concepts and System Verilog language
