Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions for digital asset markets.

This role will offer hands-on experience with market analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling applied to cryptocurrency markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with our research team to develop and implement data insights strategies that drive business growth and inform investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of cryptocurrency markets, including price trends, volatility patterns, and market microstructure.
  • Develop and backtest predictive models using quantitative methods and machine learning techniques.
  • Analyze large datasets across multiple exchanges to identify patterns and trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate data insights into production systems and optimize trading strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computational Finance, Physics).
  • Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics (e.g., probability, linear algebra, calculus).
  • Programming experience in Python, R, MATLAB, or related tools.
  • Familiarity with data libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, and machine learning frameworks.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
  • Interest in time series analysis, algorithmic trading strategies, and data storytelling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
