To drive sales growth through effective management of sales teams in the given territory, focusing on market leadership and growth in UL gross with 4G handset and MNP focus.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Active MT, SPO & KRO Count –

Promoter onboarding, admin and business, MT chain engagement

Promoter Productivity –

TL's monthly PJP setting and tracking, Mpower adherence on attendance and training, key MT, SPO, and KRO visits as per defined PJP, and OJT

People Engagement –

TLs and promoter incentive earning, promoter R&R program, promoter monthly attrition, and gate meeting

Shopper Activation –

Drive shopper activation as per design shared by corp/circle

Liaising with zonal team –

Part of zonal reviews on performance and support sought
