Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Territory Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory. You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Area Sales Manager in developing and executing sales plans that achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
2. Ensure effective distribution of products to retail outlets through distributors and super stockists.
3. Manage inventory levels of distributed products by Super Stockist, Distributors, and retail outlets.
4. Provide regular reports to MIS Executives/Area Sales Managers on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics is essential, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
