Quantitative Modeling Associate

The Quantitative Modeling Associate is a key role in our organization, responsible for designing and developing sophisticated machine learning models to drive impactful decisions for the business.

  • We are seeking an expert with a strong background in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operational Research, Econometrics, Physics, or other related fields.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop advanced machine learning algorithms (e.g., regressions, XGBoost, Deep Neural Network CNN, RNN and Transformer, Clustering, Recommendation) to solve complex business problems.
  2. Leverage big data/distributed computing/cloud computing platforms to optimize and accelerate model development processes.
  3. Collaborate with various partners in marketing, risk, technology, model governance, etc. throughout the entire modeling lifecycle (development, review, deployment, and use of the models).

Qualifications:

  1. Ph.D. or MS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operational Research, Econometrics, Physics, or other related quantitative fields.
  2. Deep understanding of advanced machine learning algorithms and design and tuning procedures.
  3. Polished and clear communication skills.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and managing predictive risk models in financial industry.

  • Python, Tensorflow or PyTorch, PySpark, SQL
  • GPU Experience (a plus)
