  • Define, build, and maintain data models, tools, and capabilities to support business growth.
  • Communicate complex findings through compelling visualizations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to drive actionable insights.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions for object detection, image recognition, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and more.
  • Build, train, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists.
  • Adhere to agile methodologies to deliver project milestones on time.
  • Demonstrate exceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Apply statistical knowledge to real-world problems and drive product development, marketing strategies, and business optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in a related position, with a minimum of 3 years as a data scientist or business analyst building computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
  • Programming proficiency in languages such as Python, R, C, or C++.
  • Strong planning, project management, and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivation and drive to deliver results on time.
  • Ability to convert complex analytical output into clear, concise insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent influence and relationship management skills.
