Job Title: Junior Architect

We are seeking a skilled Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will play a key role in creating beautiful and functional workplace interiors that meet clients' vision and objectives.

About the Role:

As a Junior Architect, your primary responsibility will be to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations by collaborating with the team.

  • Develop and present detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications using SketchUp and AUTOCAD (2D).
  • Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD (2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
Qualifications:

You must have:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors).
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style.
