Job Title: Creative Associate

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented creative professional to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of graphic design, merchandise design, and branding responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing materials.
  • Incorporate market trends and consumer insights into new merchandise collections.
  • Produce and refine graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.
  • Organize and manage design files for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools, practices, and creative trends.
  • Support in creating impactful presentations and sales materials for stakeholders.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field (NIFT graduates preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in merchandise, branding, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
