As a key member of our architectural team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop your skills in design and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural design and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You will be responsible for analysing architectural designs and plans, preparing building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • In this role, you will contribute to concept design, furniture design, and finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats.
  • You will also coordinate interfaces between the Engineering team and Project Management team and ensure effective transfer of information between the two.
  • Assist in research and coordination of materials and products as per project specifications.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly creative individual with an eye for detail.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
