Job Opportunity: Lead Backend Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Backend Developer to lead our technical direction and engineering initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Architect and implement robust API designs and scalable microservices.
  • Guide the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability.
  • Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CI/CD, and AI/ML integration.
