Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our North America Customer Fulfillment team as a Machine Learning Data Associate II. This role involves implementing GenAI solutions to automate and augment tasks across Supply Chain and Global Services Risk & Compliance teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in process documentation, automation, and analytical workflows using SQL and Python, with knowledge of AI/ML tools and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using AI-powered documentation tools.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture and document process knowledge and quality metrics using generative AI tools.
  • Implement process automation using low-code/no-code AI platforms for setup, execution, and optimization.
  • Design and develop analytical workflows using SQL and Python, leveraging AI assistance, and train team members on automation best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in process documentation or automation.
  • Strong knowledge of process documentation, analysis, and technical proficiency in SQL querying and Python programming for data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
