We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented, and hands-on VP of AI and Automation to lead our intelligent automation initiatives. Drive strategy to leverage AI for transformative business process automation. You will lead a world-class team to design, build, and deploy sophisticated AI and automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and create a significant competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI and automation engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution.
  • Architect the Future: Design and oversee the implementation of our core AI and automation platforms, including sophisticated Agentic Architectures that enable complex, autonomous workflows.
  • Drive LLM Strategy: Lead the strategic selection, tuning, optimization, and testing of Large Language Models (LLMs). This includes establishing best practices for advanced Prompt Engineering and building robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure our models are accurate and relevant.
  • Operational Excellence: Champion a robust MLOps culture, implementing best-in-class processes for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Secure Our AI: Define and enforce state-of-the-art LLM Security protocols to protect against adversarial attacks, ensure data privacy, and maintain model integrity.
  • Scale with the Cloud: Own the Cloud Architecture strategy for all AI and automation workloads, ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, cost-effective, and resilient on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a hands-on senior leadership role managing AI, ML, or automation-focused teams.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in the modern AI stack, including LLMs , RAG systems , and vector databases.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building complex systems using Agentic Architecture and multi-agent frameworks.
  • Expert-level understanding of MLOps principles and tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Seldon Core).
  • Strong background in designing and managing scalable Cloud Architecture for AI applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of LLM Security best practices, including red teaming, output validation, and mitigating common vulnerabilities.
