Automation Specialist

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing process automation solutions using Blue Prism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in process analysis sessions with the business/operations team to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design, develop, and deploy minimum 4 bots using Blue Prism, ensuring high efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to document as-is business processes and define workflow requirements.
  • Develop robust end-to-end automation solutions based on business needs and ensure seamless deployment from Dev to Production environment.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve priority tickets for bot failures within defined SLA.
  • Handle multiple processes simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • Support existing processes, implement change requirements through a structured change control process, and work flexible shifts.
  • Identify root causes of issues and provide effective solutions.
