Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Own product and project commitments, participating in product roadmap discussions.
  • Provide inputs in design, modeling, and architectural decisions.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
  • Around 7-15 years of experience working on delivery, development, and team management.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technology.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, Android POS development experience.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with mobile technologies like Android.
  • Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL, NoSQL.
Desirable Skills
  • Possess personnel and project management skills.
  • Have expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  • Demonstrate organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
  • Show proficiency in explaining complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders.
  • Show ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
  • Hold past experience using Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools.
  • Be able to create a set of qualifications for a new product.
  • Be proficient in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
  • Show experience in fintech space is an advantage.

  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Show ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be comfortable with dynamic requirements and able to pivot recruitment strategies as needed.
