Career Carnival is seeking a highly skilled DevOps professional to join our team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, Harness, Apigee SaaS, Apigee Hybrid, Terraform, Nexus, Docker, and Kubernetes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Harness, and deploying the proxy to Apigee Gateway. Additionally, they should have excellent knowledge of Apigee SaaS and Hybrid, as well as experience working with Linux servers, containers, and services in the cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop deployment automation and validation tools across the entire software stack
- Perform security, performance, and availability assessments
- Troubleshoot source code management and deployment issues
- Configure and maintain Linux servers, containers, and services in the cloud
You will also be responsible for performing security audits and assisting with hardening servers and systems against attacks. Furthermore, you will need to configure and administer our APIGEE API gateway and define and implement monitoring and alerting standards.
Requirements- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Harness, Apigee SaaS, Apigee Hybrid, Terraform, Nexus, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience in creating CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Harness
- Excellent knowledge of Apigee SaaS and Hybrid
- Experience working with Linux servers, containers, and services in the cloud
Career Carnival offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
