The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to exercise patience while investigating issues and helping customers in our Fulfillment and Customer Care (FCC) team.
You'll interface directly with customers and experts via telephone and email to generate the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction by implementing Career.io's service standards.
- Stay up-to-date on departmental updates.
- Assist customers and experts with inquiries through various platforms.
- Research customer issues and champion solutions.
Must-Haves:
- A quiet workstation with high-speed internet access.
- Ability to work during US hours: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST, Monday through Friday.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- An infectiously positive demeanor.
Nice-to-Haves:
- 2-3 years' experience in a customer support/client service role.
- Bachelor's degree: English/Journalism major would be an asset.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
