Job Title:

Engineering Leadership Position

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying web-based applications using Microsoft technology stack. They will work closely with Engineering Leads, Product and Project Managers, and Product Analysts to ensure the product meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features in C#.Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs and React Native.
  • Pitch ideas and test new approaches.
  • Manage full life cycle of supported applications and ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Support application outages and resolve escalated incidents using sound incident management practices.
  • Analyse business requirements, processes, data and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment.
  • Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet requirements, functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, code, test, debug and implement high-quality software.
  • Understand network concepts and terminology.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services.
  • Ability to oversee code development and potentially participate in problem solving.
  • Keep pace with innovative technologies and maintain strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Implement build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework.
  • Skilled in delivery, development and maintenance web-based applications.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and delivering high-quality software products.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in C# programming language
  • Experience with .NET Core and MVC frameworks
  • Knowledge of ReactJs and React Native
  • Understanding of network concepts and terminology
  • Strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
