Drive Digital Transformation as a Project Manager

Seeking an experienced and resourceful Project Manager to oversee the implementation of new technology solutions.

This role will serve as the overall resource for all technology projects—from digital integrations and interactive experiences to AR and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Budgeting:
    • Develop comprehensive project timelines, financial models, and budgets. Finalize and secure cost approvals.
  • Partner Coordination and Leasing:
    • Negotiate agreements with technology solution providers, UX/UI agencies, development partners, and hardware suppliers. Create and manage contracts/leases.
  • Scope and Work Definition:
    • Define project scope of work (SOW) and ensure all teams understand and adhere to deliverables and timelines.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technology solutions. Present project plans, progress updates, and budget reports.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams to integrate new technologies with existing systems. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within digital technology, AR/VR, UX/UI, or related fields.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost estimation.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear scopes of work and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and timeline planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders.
