Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our office infrastructure, ensuring a seamless and secure working environment for our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electricity, DG, UPS, water, AC, ventilation, internet, CCTV, printers, fire safety, and other office utilities.
Key responsibilities include ensuring preventive maintenance, quick breakdown resolution, and vendor SLA compliance. Additionally, the candidate will oversee housekeeping, pantry, stationery, front desk, security, and visitor management, monitoring hygiene, consumables, and office cleanliness standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in facilities/office administration, with stable tenure and clean references. Hands-on experience with utilities, IT/office infrastructure, vendors, and housekeeping is essential. Strong negotiation, documentation, and Excel/email skills are also required. Trustworthiness with keys, cash, and confidential information is paramount.
