Leader in Luxury Fashion Retail

We are seeking a seasoned and charismatic individual to spearhead our premium multi-designer store. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire store operation, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor the in-store team for daily tasks and sales initiatives
  • Ensure a seamless, energized floor environment with clear communication and support

Client Experience:

  • Offer personalized styling and assistance to clients during visits and appointments
  • Handle high-value clients with discretion and clarity
  • Build long-term customer relationships through thoughtful follow-ups and service excellence

Store Operations:

  • Maintain accurate billing, order coordination, and daily reporting
  • Oversee fittings, returns, order updates, and coordination with designers
  • Ensure stock visibility and movement with minimal errors

Merchandising & Brand Experience:

  • Keep displays updated, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics
  • Collaborate on in-store events, launches, and special appointments

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in luxury fashion retail or designer retail
  • A sharp, stylish personality with calm leadership energy
  • Strong command over customer communication and store flow
  • Tech-friendly: familiar with POS tools, billing, basic Excel/Sheets
  • A grounded, approachable way of leading and problem-solving
