Senior Leadership Position in Luxury Automotive

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires a visionary leader to elevate our luxury dealership operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing multiple functions including sales, marketing, customer service, and after-sales support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead all aspects of dealership operations, ensuring seamless integration of sales, marketing, customer service, and after-sales support functions
  2. Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence
  3. Manage and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional performance and customer experiences
  4. Build and maintain robust relationships with luxury automotive brands, partners, and high-net-worth clientele
  5. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability
  6. Drive innovation and adoption of best practices within the dealership environment
  7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand standards
