Global Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Coordinator to join our team at BigRio. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between operations and recruiting teams in India with technical and management teams in the US.
About BigRioBigRio is a remote-based technology consulting firm headquartered in Boston, MA. We deliver software solutions ranging from custom development, software implementation, data analytics, and machine learning/AI integrations. Our goal is to provide cutting-edge and cost-conscious software solutions to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Streamlining HR Processes: You will be responsible for managing employee records, optimizing databases, and refining workflows to improve efficiency.
- Policy Champion: As the collaboration champion, you will address internal employee concerns with empathy and expertise while fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Innovative Problem Solver: You will lead HR projects to improve operations, create effective process charts, and streamline collaboration between teams in India and the US.
- Tech-Driven Efficiency: You will use tools like Google Sheets, Lucidchart, and process management software to enhance HR processes, visualize workflows, and manage operational tasks effectively.
- Global Connector: As the vital link between India's operations and recruiting teams and the technical and management teams in the US, you will ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- You must be outgoing and approachable, with a talent for building strong relationships across cultures and time zones.
- Your English communication skills should be exceptional - both written and spoken—enabling you to bridge gaps and connect teams effectively.
- You should have proven experience in HR roles, particularly with US HR operations.
- Your technical skills should include proficiency in Google Sheets, Lucidchart, and other process management tools to drive efficiency and visualization.
- You should excel at solving challenges, engaging with employees, and fostering collaboration and engagement.
This flexible, remote role offers autonomy and growth opportunities. You will take ownership of impactful projects while advancing your HR expertise in a dynamic global tech company. The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 per year.
