We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a key insurance sales representative.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree and at least 1 year of experience in cross-selling life insurance products. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with bank branches to identify potential customers, cross-selling life insurance products, achieving and exceeding sales targets, establishing strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Business Development: Collaborate with bank branches to identify potential customers and cross-sell life insurance products.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff and work closely with the bank to generate leads and referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the features and benefits of various life insurance policies and educate customers on the importance of insurance.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in cross-selling life insurance products.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, result-oriented and self-motivated, familiarity with banking and insurance processes.
