Job Title: Senior Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled modeling expert to support critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Variable Product Modeling System (VPMS), specifically within the insurance or actuarial domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize models in VPMS for business-critical applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, actuaries, and developers, to translate business requirements into VPMS logic.
  • Debug and test models to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Design and implement robust documentation for developed models, ensuring transparency and ease of maintenance.
  • Support deployment, version control, and ongoing maintenance of VPMS models in production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of direct experience with VPMS modeling, preferably in the insurance or actuarial sector.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance, annuities, and financial products, including relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in writing, maintaining, and debugging VPMS scripts and business rules, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Familiarity with integrating VPMS with other platforms or systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and efficient processing.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse team dynamics.
