Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to review loan applications, ensure compliance and facilitate communication between clients and the underwriting team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and verify loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with clients to gather additional information and answer queries regarding the loan process.
  • Coordinate with underwriters and other departments to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of loan applications and processing status in the system.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during the loan processing.
  • Prepare and send loan commitment letters and closing documents to clients.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in loan processing or related financial services role.
  • Strong understanding of loan products and underwriting guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
