About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Sales Professional to join our team at UpGrad. The Sales Professional will be responsible for selling bank products to new customers.
The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle pressure, and a high sales orientation to meet sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling of banks and third-party products to new customers
- Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers
- Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross-selling of more products
- Achieving sales targets as assigned by the organization
- Completing all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time
- Entering daily customer interactions in the bank's CRM system
- FOLLOWING ALL COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES FOR EACH ACTIVITY
Role Proficiencies:
- Good communication skills in both English and the local language
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work successfully as a part of a team
- High sales orientation to meet sales targets consistently
- Ready to travel locally to meet customers during sales calls
