Job Summary:

This position plays a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence through the strategic implementation of process improvement initiatives.

The primary objective of this position is to spearhead lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste by optimizing facility utilization, streamlining workflows, and fostering collaboration with colleagues to design efficient workstations and processes.

  • Deploy techniques of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement, and control to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate groups and individuals across all functions to identify key business process improvements and implement effective methodologies.
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders, including champion and steering committee teams, to ensure seamless execution of quality improvement projects and adoption of best practices.
  • As a Six Sigma coach, provide expert guidance and support to Green Belts, Process Owners, and Team Members in areas such as statistics, change management, and process design strategies.
  • Gather and analyze data on team activities, monitor project progress, and focus on key processes that influence customer value elements to minimize variability.
  • Motivate team members to participate effectively in improvement activities and recognize high performers each month. Implement SPC systems and tools to monitor and control processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop annual lean transformation plans for each site or functional area based on value stream maps, strategy deployment objectives, and lean assessments to drive waste reduction.
