Job Title: Technical Oracle JD Edwards Specialist

Job Description:

As a technical specialist in Oracle JD Edwards, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the application's technical modules. Your extensive knowledge of report, application, business function, NER, BSSV, UDO, processing option, and data structure will enable you to troubleshoot system defects and resolve service requests efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in JD Edwards technical modules, including report, application, business function, NER, BSSV, UDO, processing option, and data structure.
  • Proven track record in application testing for all system changes and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with business users throughout the lifecycle of a support call.
  • Second-level support expertise in resolving complex issues, including root cause analysis and work-around documentation.
  • Ability to provide guidance and expertise to junior analysts in resolving very complex issues.
  • Regular interaction with CNC admin support teams to resolve issues effectively.
