Job Description:

This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day physical security, implementing and enforcing Security and Emergency Response Team policies across the facility. The successful candidate will work closely with the Crisis Management and Business Continuity teams to develop and implement crisis management protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with security teams to support front desk operations and ensure proper identification procedures are followed.
  • Support maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.
  • Assist with coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Provide support and guidance to 3rd party security teams with overnight, weekend and holiday coverage.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and facilitate planning, coordination, and effective two-way communication during incident activation and response.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
