About the Role

We seek a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates our mission and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually engaging designs for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, email newsletter templates, web banners, and digital advertisements.
  • Design PowerPoint and Google Slide presentations for sales teams, create infographics to explain agricultural processes, and assist with the development and maintenance of our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Able to take complex agricultural information and turn it into clear, easy-to-understand visuals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Familiarity with basic agricultural terms is an advantage.
